The door posts, handles, door lock/open system, glass window lifting and induction devices are installed on the interior panel substrate, which requires good strength and creep resistance. In general, PP + LGF30 material is used for injection moulding.
The addition of LGF30 fibers improves the mechanical properties of the matrix and meets the requirements in this respect. There are grooves and holes on the interior matrix for wiring and fixing other components, so the structure is complex, which brings some difficulties to the injection molding production.
PP+LGF30 plastics as the base of car door has the advantages of light weight and good seismic resistance than metal. Doors vary according to the types and styles of automobiles.
