Shadowless lamp is a large area of light source by arranging the lamp with high luminous intensity on the lamp disc into a circle. In this way, the light can be illuminated to the operating table or worktable from different angles, which ensures that the field of vision has sufficient brightness and does not produce obvious shadow, so it is called shadow-less lamp.

There are many circular lamp holes arranged in radial line with the center of the disc as the center of the shadowless lamp disc. These holes are straight from the center to the outside diameter from small to large, which ensures the uniformity of the intensity of light passing through the whole lamp disc. Therefore, it is required to ensure the distance between adjacent holes and the dimensional accuracy of holes.

2. Transparent cover for shadowless lamp
Transparent lampshade is made of highly transparent acrylic material by injection molding. Parts are required to have good light transmittance, and its interior and exterior are not allowed to have spots, bubbles, fusion lines and air lines.
